Job Opportunity: M&E and Administrative Manager
Location: Rawalpindi, with work across our offices in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi City, and our sister concern, Kaus-e-Kazah Welfare Organization.

The Network for Human and Social Development (NHSD) is seeking a dedicated M&E and Administrative Manager to oversee office and training administration and manage Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) tasks across multiple sites. This role is pivotal in supporting NHSD’s commitment to social impact and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee and Apprentice Attendance: Maintain attendance records across all NHSD offices, training centers, and apprentices enrolled in the Asbar Khan Lodhi Institute of Information Technology. Report regularly to senior management.
  • Billing & General Administration: Hand over bills to senior management, ensure office cleanliness, and dispatch computer status reports.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare student evaluations, maintain biweekly meeting minutes, and assist in the upkeep of project documents required by regulatory bodies.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with Project Managers, school principals, and R&D managers to ensure project development.
  • Database & Library Management: Develop and manage databases for NHSD and KKO libraries.
  • Donor Relations: Organize and document donations, including equipment and book lists.
  • Compliance & Policy Updates: Maintain up-to-date regulatory certifications and inform senior management of necessary updates. Ensure policies are updated and validated.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Residency: Must be based in Rawalpindi, willing to travel between the organization’s three locations.
  • Education & Experience: Master’s degree with at least 10 years of administrative and M&E experience.
  • Technical Training: Willingness to be trained in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Technical Expertise: Must have prior knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements of Pakistan Center of Philanthropy, Islamabad Charity Commission, Punjab Charity Commission, Punjab Welfare Trust for the Disabled, National Vocational and Technical Training Commission, and Economic Affairs Division.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, with proficiency equivalent to at least an IELTS Band 7.
  • Tech Familiarity: Comfortable with platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Google Workspace, and project management software.
  • Performance Excellence: Demonstrated excellence in fieldwork, supported by recommendations and proven track record.
