Network for Human and Social Development has successfully signed an MOU with Global Giving on December 12 2022 for project ID 57578 “Request for Funding forFlood Affectees in Sindh”.
Currently the project has been successful in the provision of food rations, quilts, cooked meals in Dadu and Tharparkar. Furthermore, reconstruction of houses in Tharparkar has been successful. As part of this project, the homes of 20 most vulnerable families have been reconstructed using locally sourced, sustainable and environmentally durable cement. These houses also have thatched roofs made from bamboo, thatch and wood.
The people of Tharparkar and Dadu greatly appreciate the contributions of Global Giving and extend their gratitude to all for support and donations. They shared that these contributions have been tremendously useful since the livelihood of the people of Tharparkar and Dadu had been eradicated as a result of the devastating floods of 2022.
